Assembly Services
The Sterling Advantage allows customers to completely outsource their assembly and sub-assembly operations including part fabrication, part procurment, carrying non-molded parts and materials to complete assembly, and packaging services.
Most products require some level of assembly, graphics, finishing, and/or structural enhancements. These are often easier and more cost effective to have Sterling OneSource complete that work. Assembly work can include adding wheels, fasteners, hinges, closures, handles, spigots, screens, casters, carts, stickers and decals.
Regardless of how complicated the assembly process might be, Sterling creates a written and visual step-by-step process to complete the product. In some cases, the product is partially dissassembled for convenient packaging and shipping. Sterling will stock parts or kits contaning nuts, bolts, etc and instructions for each product to be included in the final packaging.
